I designed this Queening chair to allow access either from the front or the back and so the persons head is in a comfortable position without the need of anything beyond a small pillow, of which there are two included. There is 3" of padding on the seat, 2" on the base cushion and backrest, and its made out of both new and repurposed materials. It is covered in a water resistant faux pleather vinyl fabric. This chair should accommodate most people, but it has to be stated, that there is no one size fits all. Anyone with a larger than average sized head, chest and shoulders may not fit comfortably from the back. From the back, the "head clearance" is 10". From the front its quite a bite more.
