I design all my face sitting furniture so the persons head is in a comfortable position, without the need of anything beyond perhaps a small pillow. This chair has 2" of foam padding and water resistant pleather vinyl fabric on the seat and the backrest pillow. I made this chair with a wider than usual cutout, so...the "business will be on your face" if you know what I mean. If you don't prefer a wider seat cutout, this version might not suit your needs.
